What this service is

CBLE Simulator is independent study material for the U.S. Customs Broker License Examination. The questions and answer keys are reproduced from examinations published by U.S. Customs and Border Protection; works of the United States federal government are not protected by copyright under 17 U.S.C. §105. Our explanations, software and design are our own work and are not in the public domain.

No affiliation, no guarantee

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by U.S. Customs and Border Protection or any government agency. Nothing here is legal advice, and no result on this site predicts your exam outcome. The HTSUS and 19 CFR change between sittings — always verify against the edition named in your official exam notice.

Accounts and access

Access is personal and non-transferable: one person, one account. Sharing credentials, or bulk-extracting the site to republish it as your own product, ends access without a refund. You may of course study from CBP's original published exams — they are public.

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked — email support@cblesimulator.com and we return the payment, even if you used the product.

After 14 days we do not refund, because access is a one-time purchase covering a specific exam cycle rather than a subscription. There is nothing to cancel: access simply ends on the date shown on your account.

If we fail to deliver what the pricing page promised for your tier, you get a full refund regardless of when you ask.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for exam results, licensing outcomes, or any consequential loss.
