CBP's published pass rates run 12–30%, so most candidates sit twice. The exam costs $390 per attempt and seminar prep runs $500–$1,500. This is the cheap part of your preparation — priced so a retake doesn't cost you twice.

What this is not
It is not a substitute for the HTSUS and 19 CFR you must bring to the exam — the paper is open book, and knowing where to look is half the test. And it does not generate questions with AI: every item here was written by CBP and scored by CBP.
