Do the Singapore Free Trade Agreement (SGFTA) rules of origin (ROOs) provide for a good to originate as “exclusively from originating materials” and why?
- AYes, because the SGFTA is a “tariff shift model” free trade agreement, and like all such FTAs, they provide an “exclusively from originating materials” ROO.
