For a filer to submit a post-summary correction (PSC), the original entry summary or previously filed PSC must meet the following criteria:

• AEntry summary must be in accepted status, can be under CBP review, must be in CBP control, must be fully paid, and cannot be liquidated.
• BEntry summary must be in accepted status, cannot be under CBP review, must be in CBP control, must be fully paid, and must be liquidated.
• CEntry summary must be in non-accepted status, cannot be under CBP review, must be in CBP control, must be fully paid, and must be liquidated.
• DEntry summary must be in accepted status, cannot be under a CBP review, must be in CBP control, must be fully paid, and cannot be liquidated.✓ CBP's answer
