- BEntry summary must be in accepted status, cannot be under CBP review, must be in CBP control, must be fully paid, and must be liquidated.
- CEntry summary must be in non-accepted status, cannot be under CBP review, must be in CBP control, must be fully paid, and must be liquidated.
